These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of launchfast.team and any related sites or services that we operate. In these terms, "we", "our", and "us" mean LaunchFast. "You" means any visitor, customer, or user. Our services include our website content, the Product Readiness Report assessment and score, the LaunchFast Strategy, and any workshops, advisory sessions, purchases, or downloads. By accessing or using our sites or services, you agree to these terms.
2) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. If changes are material, we will note the update date at the top of this page. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the changes.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services.
4) Your account and security
Some parts of our services may require an account or form submission. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share credentials or allow others to access your account.
5) Privacy and data collection

We may collect information that you submit through contact forms, assessments, and outreach questionnaires to deliver services to you and to improve our offerings. Do not submit sensitive confidential information through public forms; if a project requires confidentiality, we can enter a separate non-disclosure agreement.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use our site for your internal business use. You agree not to:
a) Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed in section 9;
b) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from any software we provide;

d) Interfere with the operation or security of our site;
e) Use our services to build a competing product or service;
f) Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
7) Purchases; subscriptions; trials
a) Pricing and taxes: prices, features, and availability are shown at checkout and may change without notice; taxes may apply.
b) Payment: you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
c) Refunds: unless a specific offer states otherwise at purchase, all sales for digital products, events, and consulting time are final.
d) Rescheduling: for workshops or advisory sessions, rescheduling is subject to availability; missed sessions may be forfeited.
Any additional written terms shown on a checkout page or order form will control if they conflict with these terms.
8) No guarantees; educational use
Our content and programs are for education and planning, not for legal, financial, or professional advice. Results vary by product, market, execution, and timing. Any case studies, success metrics, testimonials, or benchmarks illustrate past outcomes; they do not guarantee future performance.
9) Intellectual property; license to you
We and our licensors own all rights in the sites, frameworks, methods, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, including the LaunchFast System and related activities. Subject to your compliance with these terms and any purchase terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to access and use our materials for your internal business. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post our paid materials without our written permission.
10) Your submissions and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them into our services without obligation to you.
11) Third-party services; AI assistance
Our services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for those sites or tools. We may use artificial intelligence services to assist with research, drafts, prototypes, or analysis; AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any deliverables before relying on them in production or decision-making.
12) Events, recordings, and deliverables
For workshops or advisory sessions, we may provide recordings, templates, or documents for your internal use. Do not share recordings or materials outside your organization without our permission. We may record sessions to improve our services; if you prefer not to be recorded, tell us in writing before the session.
13) Linking to our site
You may link to public pages of our site in a way that is fair and lawful; do not imply our sponsorship or endorsement. Do not use our logos or brand assets without permission. Do not frame our pages or otherwise alter their presentation.
14) Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our privacy policy to operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
15) Disclaimers
a) The sites and services are provided "as is" and "as available".
b) To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied; this includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
c) We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
16) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; this includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the lesser of one hundred United States dollars or the amounts you paid to us for the services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.
18) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or used the services in a way that creates risk for us or others. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
19) Governing law; venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed below, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in the venue listed below.

20) Export and international use
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the services.
21) DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes: your contact information; a description of the work you believe is infringed; the URL of the allegedly infringing content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent; and your signature.

22) Entire agreement; assignment; severability
These terms and any purchase terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the services. We may assign these terms; you may not assign them without our consent. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will stay in effect.
